Islamabad Startup Weekend is to be held on 16-18 November 2012 at NUST H-12 campus in Islamabad .

Registration process:

To participate, please fill in the registration form as completely as possible.

The number of slots are limited; therefore, register as soon as possible.

Event Fee:  The fee for the event is PKR 1500 (non-refundable).

Deadlines:
Last date to apply for registration:  7th November 2012 (Wednesday)
Last date to Pay registration fee:     9th November 2012 (Friday)

Registration confirmation:
We will start sending confirmation emails and SMS from 2nd November, Friday.

Why do you pay?
The majority of your ticket price goes towards paying the 7 meals, snacks, and drinks that we provide over the weekend. In fact, ticket sales rarely cover even such basic bottom-line costs! We rely on local sponsorships to help keep ticket prices low while keeping the value of the event high.

Accommodation:
We are not providing any accommodation facility, but we can facilitate you to find accommodation.

What you shall bring for event?

How it works, and how you participate?
All those who are having ideas, they will present their ideas in a very short elevator pitch on the first day (Friday). Judges will select top 10 – 15 Ideas and form teams to work further on that ideas. Each team will ideally consist of a Developer, a Designer and a Marketing/Biz-Dev person. Each team will be assigned a mentor and they will work together for whole second day on their business ideas. However, if you have already planned your teams, fill in the respective box in the registration form giving details of your team member(s).

Hurry and register to reserve your spot. You will then be required to send the payment by the payment deadline or your spot will unfortunately go to the next person in the waiting list.
